1. In case of a no-show a full charge will be levied on the credit card.
2. Booking Service: This service is only available for those customers paying with credit cards. This service is not applicable while paying through Paypal payment option because of complication involving payment processing and invoicing.
3. Infant and Child Seats: Only available in Minivans not in Sedan at that moment due to space constraints.
4. Extra Luggage: There are maximum luggage limit depending upon the capability and safety of the vehicle you choose.
5. Hourly Booking Service: This service is available upto 20 Miles only. For longer distance service please try other booking options like Door to Door Service or Long Distance Service.
6. Cancellation: You may cancel a service 4 hours prior to the service time. There will be no refunds for cancellation when requested less than 4 hours before the service starts Full charge on Credit Card.
7. For all Airport Pick-Up and Drop services a two way toll will be charged as per Airport Authority rules and fees we have to bear.
8. In case of Snow Storms or heavy snowfall we might have to cancel the service. The passengers will be refunded the amount in that case.
9. For long distance services the toll charges and parking fee may differ based on passenger preferred routes and activities on the way. In such case the extra charge will be payable in Cash to the driver or will be charged via credit card after the service.
10.On public holidays an additional Holiday surcharge of $10 will be charged irrespective of the service.
11.We charge a gratuity of 20% on all services.
12.Night charges of $10 will be levied between 2200 hours and 0400 hours.
Cancellations & No Shows:
1. All trips cancelled within 3 hours scheduled pick up time in Massachusetts will be charge full fare.
2. All trips cancelled within 6 hours scheduled pick up time outside of Massachusetts will be charge full fare.
3. All no shows will be charged a full fare.
Wait Time :
1. Non airport pick ups: after grace period of 15 minutes elapsed, waiting time will apply
2. Domestic Arrivalls: after 30 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply
3. International Arrivals: after 60 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply
