The six brilliant restaurants are:
- Rare Steakhouse– It will supposedly serve real Kobe beef and the restaurant overlooks the harbor walk of the casino.
- Mystique– A unique place that will serve traditional Japanese style robata. The menu will flaunt the cuisines of Asia.
- Red 8- Situated near the south Gaming zone of Encore, the restaurant will serve a fusion of Chinese and western dishes.
- Fratelli– This restaurant cum bar has a typical Italian vibe and is sure to please the refined taste-buds.
- Sinatra- Situated amidst the lush Garden Lobby, this restaurant is a paradise for guests looking for fine dining. The menu is rich in seafood and other delights.
- On Deck Burger Bar– What is a holiday without a fine bar. Catering to just that, the bar situated in the Upper East Mezzanine of the Encore premises, is all set to serve American sports style menu, including gourmet burgers.
